I am passionate about teaching women how to tap into their Divine Feminine Power, & co-create a GORGEOUS life from the inside-out. It is my mission to help you discover the highest, most-authentic version of who you are. So that you can live your purpose, heal from within, & ultimately be, do, & have anything your heart desires.

The Cosmic Mother was born on my own path of self-discovery. A path that was once a dark place, devoid of self-love and full of self-sabotage.

My father passed away when I was 10 years old, leaving my mother as a single parent, and transforming the way I perceived the world.

I underwent a dark night of the soul experience.  As a teenager, I rebelled in any way I could, in an attempt to fill a void that left a gaping wound within my heart. I partied every night, abused drugs and alcohol, and got involved in several abusive relationships.

I ended up getting pregnant with my son at 18 years old, and became a mother right out of high school, with no job and no money.

but, If it weren’t for his Divine timing, I don’t know if I would be here on this Earth plane to tell you my story.

I knew I had to turn my life around, not only for myself, but for this precious life growing inside of me. I wanted to raise him to be an amazing, kind, and successful human being, capable of anything and everything his heart desires. And I had to start by changing myself….

For many years, I stayed in abusive relationships with men who didn’t value me. I was careless with my body and reckless with my life. I didn’t know how to love myself. I felt like I deserved to be treated this way. I felt unworthy.

Because I didn’t value myself, I filled my body with toxins, told myself negative things, self-harmed to numb out, and constantly put myself down. All in an attempt to escape a reality I thought I had no control over.

I believed life was happening TO me, rather than understanding that I have CHOICE, and therefore could empower myself to make a change.

I wanted to give my son the world and be the strong, empowered, and healthy mother he deserved.

Soon after I found out I was pregnant, I applied for financial aid, enrolled in community college, and got not 1, not 2, but 3 jobs to help support myself and my son.

Statistics in the U.S. show that 25% of teen moms have a second pregnancy within 24-months of their first.

I became pregnant with my daughter when my son was only 6 months old. I gave birth to her 24-hours after college final exams and graduated 1 year later with a degree in Sports Medicine.

I went on to graduate from San Jose State University with a degree in Athletic Training and then from Cal U with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.

After several years of Spiritual work and inner healing, I discovered my true purpose here on Earth in this lifetime: helping as many women as I can see their value, achieve their dreams, & create a life of joy, peace, & purpose. I made a vow to God, to empower every woman I meet & show her the way to manifest anything she desires. I took a commitment to BE a spiritual leader that is an example of what is possible when we keep going, despite our hardships & life lessons. I took a leap of faith, and after much resistance, decided to accept my destined path.

I am an initiated Ceremonial Priestess, with a decade of experience in the Spiritual Healing Arts + a Master Life & Success Coach and breathwork guide. My purpose as a multi-dimensional facilitator is to raise the consciousness of the planet by awakening the innate healer within and activating your unique spiritual gifts, so that you get to live a life you are wildly in love with.

We are all energy and our thoughts have a profound impact on our reality.

As above, so below.

As within, so without.

As the universe, so the soul.

We vibrate at a frequency that correlates with our thoughts at any given moment, whether negative or positive.

What we THINK and ultimately BELIEVE, we attract and we become. By vibrating at our highest, we attract more abundance into our lives and get into harmonious alignment with our desires.

In order to keep an optimal frequency in the world, we need to create a harmonious balance between mind, body, and soul while healing the suppressed parts of us; our past wounds; our shadows. We need to harness the power of intuition and heal ourselves on a deep subconscious level.

Everything affects our vibration; from the food we eat to the thoughts we think.

I am amazed everyday at the immense capabilities of the human body, the resiliency of our spirit, and the pure magic of our inner landscape.

I spent countless hours, sacrificed my time/energy, and invested thousands of dollars studying in school, hiring coaches, taking courses, and reading books to help women like you embody the highest version of yourself.

The Cosmic Mother is a return to wholeness… a space of sacred empowerment for you to return to your wild nature, awaken to the calling of your spirit, and discover the magic that lives within your bones.

She is here to comfort you in times of need, yet give you the tools to empower yourself to live a life of intention, beauty, and ultimate self-love.
